Fios on the Portland waterfront
Fios The SeaStallon
Handcrafted in 2018, Fios is a luminous, larger-than-life sea horse sculpted from cedar, copper, brass, steel, blown glass, concrete, and custom lighting. Created through deep collaboration, he channels mystery, emotional depth, and the quiet power of water.
Fios invites imagination and contemplation and is seeking a fitting indoor public or commercial space—such as an atrium, entryway, or lobby—where visitors can encounter his mythic presence up close and year-round.

Short term rentals: Weekend events are less exciting for us, but it never hurts to ask. We’ve installed at weekend events for many years and it’s a lot of effort and risk for such a short time.

Constructed of handcrafted cedar, copper, brass, steel, blown glass, concrete, and custom internal LED lighting.
Every single piece was made by hand, no CNC made parts! The custom lighting was made in a factory of course, but we wired everything and wrote the code to run the lights ourselves! -
Long term rentals: Indoors on flat hard surface, or possibly in a very well covered semi-outdoor space not exposed to heavy moisture.
Fios is not designed to be out in the elements for long periods of time.Short Term Rentals: Indoor or outdoors, if outdoors, strong preference for covered space to keep out of potential rain, hard ground, decently flat and level.
Fotia the Phoenix
Born from carved redwood, cedar, copper, steel, glass, and vine maple, Fotia the Phoenix stands as a symbol of resilience, transformation, and renewal. Created in 2017 through a collaborative artistic process, her sweeping wings and intricate hand-worked detail evoke both myth and monument.
After years of travel, Fotia is ready to land for a while in a beautiful indoor space where her presence can be experienced year-round—ideally a foyer, lobby, or gathering place that welcomes awe and reflection.

Fotia’s head is hand crafted from redwood, the eyes are blown glass with copper adornments, the countless feathers are individually carved from cedar and copper, her bones are made of steel, the nest is hand woven vine maple and the base is made of wood, steel and concrete.

Amanita Mysteria
A glowing cluster of three oversized amanita mushrooms, crafted from fiberglass, steel, and custom light. Radiant and otherworldly, they celebrate the secret life of fungi—the unseen threads, forest alchemy, and quiet magic that connect us all.
These luminous forms bring a touch of woodland enchantment to interior spaces and are available for purchase or installation at events of all kinds.
